Paypal & eBay: 2007 - 2009
+ Managed the France Shipping integration Project with Laposte (France's version of USPS) to allow French eBay users to ship in France using the countries government shipping service. Involved 3rd Party Teams and a project team of 50 people. This project had an immediate impact in France once live, and helped users to ship easier in the country using Laposte.
+ Managed the Global Seller Registration Projects to effectively streamline the registration process of eBay sellers without PayPal accounts. This feature was to allow eBay buyers with PayPal accounts to make payments using PayPal to eBay sellers who did not have PayPal accounts. Within the flow the buyer would be prompted to create a PayPal account on the fly, (to accept the payment) using all the information from their eBay account. This streamline process would allow for easy creation of new PayPal accounts.

+ Program Manager for PayPal Shipping. Oversaw all the projects and operational maintenance for the PayPal shipping solution for eBay Marketplaces. This involved teams of over 50 different people and 3rd party vendors, like USPS and RMG (Royal Mail Group) Britain's postal service.
+ Managed The Project for Modernization of the eBay/Paypal Checkout flow. UI changes to the Check flow, to stay current with the modernization and style changes of eBay look and feel.
Managed Mult-Seller Coupons for Buyer Incentives. This project allowed PayPal to create coupon codes and end users to apply those codes to multi-seller items in their eBay shopping cart.
+ Non Program Specific Projects: Including, Pinless Debit, misc system projects for Database load reduction, Streamlined Buy it Now changes. Emergency fixes to the site falling in specific product areas, etc.
I-ology: 2006 - 2007
+ Designed, architected, managed projects for many B2B and B2C websites. Budgets for these projects ranged from 50k to 250k, with project teams ranging from 5 to 25 people.
Oracle: 2001-2007
+ Managed the OSO rollout: Opportunity to Order Fulfillment project. Basically CRM data and product lines are passed through an Oracle Quoting/Telesales application then passed to an Oracle Contracts application which creates terms & conditions automatically based on quoting attributes and user driven answers to specific questions.
